Generic Linux

If you have a distribution using deb packages, try using the same approach as for Debian or Ubuntu.
If you have a distribution using RPM packages, try making your package manager to use Fedora repository or OpenSuse repository.
In other cases, you'll probably need to use the source code.

Windows

Download installer wxDownloadFast-0.70.4-setup.exe

Download zip binary package wxDownloadFast-0.70.4-win.zip (after unzip run add_config.bat for web extensions)

FreeBSD

You need to use the source code.

Mac OS X

Mac OS X 10.15 or higher

Download disk image wxDownloadFast-0.70.4.dmg

Or use Homebrew

  1. Type 'brew tap archdvx/dxsolutions'
  2. Type 'brew install --cask wxdfast'

Source code

Download source code wxdfast-0.70.4.tar.gz

Open a terminal and browse into the extracted folder.

*nix

  1. Type 'mkdir build && cd build'.
  2. Type 'cmake ..' to configure the program. If you would like to install the program somewhere other than /usr/local, pass a new value for CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX during configuration: 'cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt'.
  3. Type 'make' to compile the program.
  4. Type 'sudo make install' to install the program.

Windows

  1. Use cmake to configure the program.
  2. Use selected generator to compile the program.
